Brainspotting is a coaching technique I use to give your brain time and space to process things that it has been putting aside for later. These little tid-bits that remain unprocessed are what is interrupting your day-to-day functioning and efficiency. There are blocks that you are experiencing which are keeping you stuck in that rut, or that cycle of annoying stagnancy.
